I'm amazed this video chose to briefly show a little bit of Macross 7, yet leave Macross Frontier out of it.
I couldn't identify most of these shows, but the animations went into extremes...from crazy-good detail to the almost typically anime method of zooming back in the distance as a light going "OMFG All over the place! He's so fast!" to coming up close in the foreground and back and around and back and forth. About the only time that worked was at 2:09 when we were flying among the missiles.
Still, I gotta give it up for mechs. 08th MS Team and Appleseed.
